I’m Denise Turner a Color Therapy Expert specializing in Neuroaesthetic Design, backed by science and guided by the healing power of color frequency to bring empowerment and well-being into people’s lives and the environments they inhabit.

Health has always been sacred to me. Without it, life dims, and our ability to fully inhabit our purpose weakens. As a sole proprietor, well-being isn’t a luxury—it’s the energetic foundation that allows everything else to unfold.

Color has always been my passion! As a professional interior designer, product designer, and color and design trend forecaster, I understood its emotional and aesthetic power. Yet I sensed a deeper truth calling—a missing bridge between neuroaesthetic design and color as a conscious, healing intelligence.

So what does a naturally curious mind do? I enrolled in an Energy Medicine program. Suddenly, I found myself surrounded by seasoned holistic practitioners—Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic doctors, chiropractors, and massage therapists. And then there was me: the interior designer, connecting the dots between color as beauty and color as medicine.

What I discovered was profound. Every one of these disciplines was already working with color frequency in some form. Today, modern science is validating what ancient healing systems have long understood: when energy frequencies—especially color—are applied with intention, they can measurably enhance well-being and elevate quality of life.

Fast forward to March 2020, when the world entered a collective pause and my design business fell quiet. I took that moment as an invitation to go deeper—into color. What began as a pause became an initiation. I followed an inner pull into the study of energy, frequency, alternative healing arts, and evidence-based wellness practices. Through this exploration, color revealed itself as more than visual beauty; it emerged as medicine, ultimately guiding me home to the practice of color therapy. Curiosity transformed into calling.

Today, I work at the intersection of science and subtle energy, translating neuroaesthetic principles into refined, practical applications that elevate both people and the environments they inhabit. When thoughtfully calibrated, color is not decorative—it is strategic, sensory, and deeply therapeutic.

I’m an M.O.M. on a mission, driven by love for future generations and a passion for supporting families—especially parents and their children. While raising my own kids, I discovered the gentle power of color and began using Color Therapy at home, watching it bring calm, connection, and balance into our everyday lives.

I am honored to guide clients toward greater harmony, vitality, and well-being through a science-informed approach to color as healing—whether through Personal Energy Healing Session, Customized Color Palettes, that best support their unique health goals, or In-Person Color Therapy workshops.
